Negotiated Gembic the 15 December 1835
Today appears the widow of the deceased hauländerfarmer Johann Kassner, Anna Maria born Eilfmann, with the announcement that she advised her to complete the settlement recess of Gembitz-Hauland of 14 December.
She explains that after the death of her husband mentioned above, she took over the property through a transfer of inheritance with the remaining heirs, the same one and a half years ago before the peace court Filehne. She would have submitted the received copy of the inheritance claim in a lawsuit to the regional and city court in Rogasen, which is why she would ask: to request a copy of the intended document for her legitimation from the current regional and city court to Schoenlanke.
Joint ownership is subject to dispositions and, in view of her identity, is recognized by the present Clerk Mr. von Gustav.
The dispute process of Gembitz Hauland of 14 December, consisting of seventeen sections, was slowly and clearly read out and explained to her, also with regard to the legal consequences of the execution of the process, the provision prescribed by law and made to the other interested parties in yesterday’s execution protocol was made, before which it was declared:
She fully understood this reproach, but nevertheless approves the settlement agreement submitted to her in its entirety and wishes to be bound by it forever.
She then signed the recess and also this protocol after it had been read to her and approved by her as well.
