the owner Gottlieb Erdmann

its previous owner Michael Lehman

for the owner Michael Lehmann

whose previous owner Christoph Dumke executed the recession of December 14, 1835, but did not come legitimized by mortgage certificate.

As a result of the order issued to the mortgage authority, the title to the properties in question has been transferred to Gottlieb Erdmann and Michael Lehmann, and the mortgage documents are attached to the files.

As a result of this, a subsequent execution of the recession on the part of the aforementioned two owners is arranged and he seems summoned Gottlieb Erdmann, Michael Lehmann, both personally and as capable of disposition well known and capable of the German language.

The settlement agreement consisting of seventeen paragraphs was then slowly and clearly read out to those present and, if necessary, explained to them, and it was also made known to them that by the execution of the settlement agreement, the entire settlement procedure was concluded in such a way that the interested parties could not only not be disturbed with any objections because of the objects determined therein, but also with any additional claims to rights that had been granted to them, but could have been ignored.

They explain:

that they had understood this reproach well, however, they approved the dispute recess submitted to them in all its points and clauses and executed it with their own hands as a sign of that.

Herewith read out, approved and signed, after those who had examined the letter had chosen the protocol driver Moerke to be the clerk.
