Sub 1

The estate owner exempted the seven farmer landowners from their previous obligations to perform labor and manual services for the duration of my lifetime and granted them, as compensation for their grazing rights, a plot of land measuring 40 Morgen, 1 Quadrat Ruthen of which was to be taken from the broken-up plots marked on the Schonemann map of 1844 (the Seerei genanos), to be used as freehold property.  From this plot of land, special agreements have been made regarding the plan, and the following have been received and recorded in the plan:

The division of this plan was carried out on the above-mentioned map by the surveyor Schwarz in 1847 and the plan numbers were entered in red ink.


Sub 2

The landlord previously paid the land tax alone, but in accordance with the Sennur Law of October 14, 1844, as well as the land compensation mentioned above in section 1, the farmer landowners are now responsible for the following:  (bottom of page cut off)  who, as compensation for their pasture rights, owe them the sum of 9 thalers, 27 silver groschen, 9 pfennigs, and 1 thaler, 18 silver groschen.  This amounts to a total of 11 thalers, 15 silver groschen, and 9 pfennigs.

After receiving written approval from the royal government in Bromberg, this amount must be paid; however, the estate has waived this amount in exchange for the following rent payments the farmer landowners reimbursed:

Sub 3

The seven farmers renounce their previous rights to free grazing, firewood, and litter in the manorial forests, as well as to the beer allowance for a specified period of time, and furthermore undertake, in consideration of the waiver referred to in sub 1, to pay a perpetual monetary rent, including the monetary rent previously paid, after deduction of the value of their firewood rights, forest litter, and beer allowance, as well as the tax referred to in sub 2, namely to be paid to the estate every year on St. Martin’s Day.
