Michael and Wilhelmine Joert partitioned Property 21 on July 27, 1859. On that date they sold 15 Morgen and 166 Ruthen of pasture, 16 Morgen and 99 Ruthen of meadow, and 25 Morgen and 77 Ruthen of farmland totally 57 Morgen and 162 Ruthen for 1,400 Thaler to August Eichstadt (1813-1880) and his wife Julianna nee Wolff. The partition was registered on September 28, 1859 as Property 9.
The Eichstadt’s further partitioned 2 Morgen of farmland and 8 Morgen of pasture on July 11, 1864 creating Property 13. On April 2, 1867 the couple partitioned their property again selling 6 ½ Morgen of farmland and 6 ½ Morgen of pasture to Hermann Raatz. This partition became Property 19.
Prior to their oldest daughter’s marriage, the Eichstadt’s created a contract to transfer the property on February 26, 1877. Michael Matthews (born 1849) and Caroline Alwine nee Eichstadt (born 1859) were married on March 3, 1877 and became the owners of the property on April 27th.
The Matthews’ sold the property to Johann August Kruger (born 1853) on April 29, 1881. August Kruger married Julianne Lehmann (1861-1909) on October 4, 1881. The next spring on March 31, 1882 he registers joint ownership of the property with his wife.
The property was then sold to Stephan Messal and his wife Rosine nee Krueger on February 18, 1884.
The Messal’s own the property until February 18, 1893 when they sell it to Wilhelm Lehmann (1827-1907) a widower previously from Kamionke Kreis Kolmar. The property is then transferred to Lehmann’s son Emil Traugott Lehmann (1868-1929) and his wife Emma Bertha nee Wegner (born 1869). Emma Bertha nee Wegner Lehmann continues to own the property following her husband’s death until the war.
