On August 11th the couple have a son Gustav Ewald (1876-1877). Auguste Emilie is pregnant again when Michael dies on July 21, 1877. Michael Henke’s estate was settled on May 22, 1878 by giving each of his seven surviving children an inheritance of 98 Marks and 50 Pfennig each, totaling 689 Marks and 50 Pfennig. Prior to that on April 28th the widow Auguste Emile married Friedrich Ernest Rudolph Gehrke (1851-1927) from Gembitz Hauland. The property is registered jointly to the couple on June 27, 1878.
The Gehrke’s sold the property to Johann Gottlieb Raddatz (born 1848) and his wife Wilhelmine Ernestine nee Gehlar (born 1849) on February 13, 1879. In April 1885 the Gehrke’s immigrated with their children and Emilie’s daughter by Michael Henke to Washington County Texas. The six children from Michael Henke’s first marriage remained in Polajewo Hauland.
The Raddatz’s held the property until April 23, 1887 when they sold it to Emil August Luning (born 1854) and his wife Auguste Albertine nee Krenz (born 1863) for 3,150 Marks.

Their son died on October 27th after which on November 8th Martha received full title to the property. Three weeks later Martha married Friedrich Otto Siewert (born 1879) the son of Friedrich August and Pauline nee Henke Siewert. The property was then registered jointly to the couple on October 27, 1908.
The couple held the property until the war.
