Johann Julius Wiese (born June 1840) and his wife Julianne nee Biegel (born September 1845) purchased a 15 Morgen partition of Property 2 at the time of their marriage on November 10, 1863 from Julianne’s parents Gottlieb (born 1822) and Anna nee Werner Biegel (Born 1817) for 850 Thaler by contract dated October 26, 1863 and May 8, 1864. The sale of the property was registered on January 30, 1866.
Julius and Julianne Wiese sold the property to Martin Dräger and his wife Anna Louise nee Siewert on March 18, 1870 for 410 Thaler. This contract was registered on June 14, 1870.
Gottlieb Siewert (1838-1921) and his wife Henriette nee Krenz (born 1825) from Smieskowo Kreis Czarnikau purchased by a notarial purchase contract from Martin and Louise Dräger for a portion of the couple’s share of the property. This contract was registered on April 10, 1876 and then cancelled on May 3, 1877. Gottlieb was the brother of Anna Louise nee Siewert Dräger and Friedrich Siewert the owner of the neighboring Property 14.
Anna Louisa nee Siewert Dräger dies on April 19, 1890. On March 24 1891 an inheritance contract is registered against the property resulting in Martin becoming the sole owner. In exchange his children Emma Marie (1870-1931), Louise Auguste (1873-1941), Emil Hermann (born 1875), Louise Wanda (born 1879) and Emil Otto (1884-1919) each receive a mother’s inheritance of 381 Marks which totaled 1,903 Marks. This contract was registered on June 4, 1891.
Following the completion of the inheritance contract for the Dräger siblings their father transfers ownership of the property to his oldest son Friedrich Gustav Dräger on August 13, 1891.
Gustav Dräger later marries Emma Auguste nee Steinberg (1872 – 1934) from Strozewo Hauland. On May 12, 1909 the couple registers as joint owners of the property. Following Emma’s death the property was transferred to their daughter Elizabeth in 1934. Elizabeth marries Willi Hoffmann in 1935 and the property becomes joint in 1936.
