Martin and Amalie Maas partitioned a plot of land bordering the property of Ludwig Henke and adjoining the Radom-Niewiemko road from Property 1 on November 7, 1859. The couple on that date signed a contract with Christoph Tumm (1832-1887) and his wife Ernestina Wilhelmina nee Marten (1826-1882). The contract for the property was registered April 19, 1860.
The Tumms owned the property until February 20, 1875. In order to purchase Property 1, the couple sold the property to Ludwig Stenzel (1845-1894) and his wife Pauline nee Schendel (1855-1926).
Ludwig Stenzel worked as a Mauer in addition to owning the property.
An inheritance contract is created and registered between Pauline nee Schendel Stenzel, and the Stenzel siblings Emil (1877-1918) and Wanda (1881-1918), with the son and brother Ferdinand Otto Stenzel (born 1879) on June 28, 1912. Otto Stenzel marries Anne Klinger and registers the property jointly on June 20, 1913.
